Well the update is πŸ‘‰ we've had 4 sessions preparing the group to go.

➡️We did a cultural awareness session
➡️a language session
➡️young people also learned some of the cultural do's and don'ts
➡️We learned a bit about where we are going and the local reality for the young people we will be helping
➡️ We learned some common phrases in french and Arabic
➡️And we did 2 movie making sessions on Gang Grooming

Gang Grooming πŸ€” why ⁉️

Something you may not be aware of. Where we are located there is numerous very real and dangers and challenges for our young people to overcome.

πŸ‘‰ drugs and related problems

πŸ‘‰ dealing of drugs in our area

πŸ‘‰ criminality

πŸ‘‰ Antisocial Behaviour

πŸ‘‰ Gang Grooming

πŸ’‘Our group as part of this programme has been developing a short movie πŸŽ₯ about the above topics 😒

Over the years we have developed various drug awareness programmes, we try to use creative approaches to explore the consequence for young people.

Check out a movie we made about drug dealing with this group 2 years ago πŸ‘‰ click here πŸŽ₯
